Ingredient: 100% Pure Liquid Sunflower Lecithin.
Directions: For adults, take one (1) tablespoon daily. Add to shakes or smoothies to increase nutritional value, or use in sauce, soup and dressing recipes as an emulsifier or thickener. Liquid sunflower lecithin can also be used before cooking in pots and pans to help prevent sticking.
