Our Loyalty Program will officially end on November 30, 2026. After this date, customers will no longer be able to redeem loyalty points.
Why is the Carlyle Rewards ending?
We regularly evaluate our programs and offerings to ensure we're providing the best customer experience. As part of this review, we have made the decision to discontinue the Loyalty Program.
When is the last day I can earn points?
As we prepare to discontinue the Loyalty Program on November 30, 2026, existing members can earn points from purchases until September 1,2026. However, any existing points in your account may still be redeemed until the program ends on November 30, 2026.
When is the last day I can redeem my points?
Points must be redeemed by November 30, 2026. Any unused points remaining after this date will expire and cannot be redeemed.
What happens to my points after November 30, 2026?
Any unused points will be forfeited when the program ends and will no longer be available for redemption.
