Lecithin is the fatty substance extracted from a Sunflower's seeds, known for its naturally occurring phospholipids and fatty acids. This bloom in nature often holds the name "Helianthus annuus", helia meaning sun, and anthus meaning flower. As a liquid or oil, Sunflower Lecithin can be used in the kitchen for baking and cooking, however you can also find it in supplement forms such as tea, softgels, bulk powder, pills, capsules, gummies, chewable tablets and softgels.
