DIRECTIONS: For adults, mix approximately one (1) teaspoon (3.53 g) of Organic Inulin Powder with 12 ounces of water or your favorite beverage one to three times daily, preferably with meals. Begin with one teaspoon daily and gradually increase dosage. Stir and drink at once.
