What are the benefits of Turmeric?
The biologically active compound in pure turmeric is curcumin, a polyphenol that is beneficial to both women and men. Known for its anti-inflammatory properties, turmeric also has antioxidant properties that help fight cell-damaging free radicals.* In addition, when combined with black pepper, turmeric is more easily absorbed by the body to support joint and muscle health.* BioPerine® Black Pepper (piperine) extract also supports superior absorption to support joint comfort and mobility.*
Not a fan of swallowing pills, tablets (tabs), or gelcaps? The powder inside our capsules can be mixed with water or broth liquid to create an herbal, aromatic tea or "golden milk" latte with honey. If you are on-the-go, you can drop the mixture into a shot of ginger juice or kombucha as well.

The capsuls are 1000 mg each so you have to take 3 to get to the 3000mg it shows on the bottle. The turmeric is not potent at all. I can barely tell I've taken it. It was less expensive than what I was taking but there are definite trade offs.
Great product best I found so far
